I wanted to extend a sincere thank you to the team. Ryan, Aspen, and Terry, thank you for your persistence and diligence in getting my mom the help she needed. Everyone was fantastic. My mother was treated with empathy and kindness from the ambulance crew to the flight crew. The communication was reassuring for us when we couldn’t be with her.
